How It Works
There are three ways to utilize DPSS:
- Development Planning Meetings
Participants meet with their boss, HR representative and PDI coach to:
- Refine their development plan
- Agree on areas to target
- Identify activities to engage in
- Establish accountability for follow-through
- Development Progress Checkpoints
A PDI coach checks in with a participant several times a year to help overcome obstacles and provide support.
- Development Progress Updates
Structured process that:
- Reevaluates participants skill level in the targeted area
- Provides an accurate assessment of the degree of change
